Role
As a senior member of the Engineering Hub, lead and role model high standards of performance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and integrity; manage the allocated resources, budgets, contribute to business and project planning and reporting; and demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive culture and the development of staff.
Accountabilities
Lead teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow.
Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs.
Translate business requirements into user stories, process models, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate the identification and management of interdependencies across teams within a project and across different projects.




Work closely with the Hub Leads during sprints including discussions around the understanding of designs, backlog and product demonstrations (as required); assist Hub Leads with backlog grooming and prioritisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including building a shared sense of direction, clarifying priorities; identifies and responds proactively to strategic issues impacting the operating environment.
Lead Scrum teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow.
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst with Scrum Master Certification - SAFe SASM, or other advanced certification.
Demonstrated skills in sprint planning, implementing cadences, establishing priorities, planning and scheduling releases and meeting deadlines in a large, fast paced Scrum/Scaled Agile organisation.
