The Role
As a Registered Nurse at Yackandandah Health, you'll provide overnight clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 83-bed residential aged care home on a Casual basis.
Reporting to the Manager, you'll manage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.

What you will do
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
AHPRA Registration
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
