The role: Early Childhood Teacher
As the Early Childhood Teacher you will:
Set learning goals with children, families and colleagues that provide achievable challenges for every child
Role model educational practices for other educators, aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach
Support educators to enable children to develop a strong sense of identity, sense of wellbeing,



confidence and their connection to the world
Design educational, diverse and engaging learning environments that spark curiosity and wonder
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you are a passionate educator with a love of learning and hold:
Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
Alignment to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
Valid Teacher Registration
Please note:Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko,ormust be willing to obtain prior to employment
