Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to be the face of their property management services, and assist with the organic growth of their residential portfolio.
Duties will include;
Building relationships with large existing referral network
Liaising with prospective owners
Preparing initial comparative market analysis
Viewing and appraising property for rent
Ensuring new managements are handed over to the property management team are compliant and ready for lease
Converting hot leads from the sales team into managements
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a energetic go-getter, with experience working within the Property Management industry.
High level communication skills, immaculate presentation, as well as being super personable will allow you to really shine in this role.
A customer service centric personality and intimate knowledge of the residential investment market in Perth.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
