Nestled right in the 'grapetastic' Swan Valley we're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic OSHCRoom Leaderto join our team5 days a week, permanent part time.

We're searching for someone who shares our love forsinging, gardening, messy play, baking, and having fun with childrenevery day.
You will be a confident team leader with experience and knowledge in:
Planning and implementing engaging programs
The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
National Regulations and Quality Standards
Exceptional communication skills (a must)

Diploma in Children's Services
Strong leadership and communication skills

What you'll be doing
Planning and delivering engaging educational programs and activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of children
Implementing a school readiness program
Providing high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety, health and happiness of all children
Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader early learning community
Adhering to all relevant early childhood education and care policies, procedures and regulations




Participating in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Completed Diploma in Children's Services or Qualified ECT / working towards.
Minimum 2+ years of experience working in an early learning or childcare setting is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and a passion for engaging young minds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Genuine commitment to the wellbeing and education of young children
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Current Working with Children Check is required before starting
Full WA Driving License is required for this position is mandatory.
