Personal Trainer / Muay Thai Coach & Support Worker

We are looking for a reliablePersonal Trainer / Muay Thai Coach / OrMartial Arts Coachto work one-on-one with a client in Parkwood.
This is a combinedfitness coaching and support role.
You will run structured fitness sessions, follow the client's support and medical requirements, assist with routines, and provide support duringgolfoutings and other community activities.
The role offersset days and hours each week.
Main Duties
Deliver one-on-one Muay Thai, boxing and fitness sessions
Provide strength, resistance and weight training
Adjust sessions to the client's energy, presentation and needs
Support routines, motivation and participation
Learn and follow specific medical, safety and support requirements
Record clear and accurate shift notes
Support the client during golf outings
Assist with transport, preparation, equipment and personal belongings
Work alongside physiotherapists, medical specialists and the wider support team
Follow professional guidance and report concerns or changes appropriately
The golf component doesnotinvolve teaching or playing golf.
You will be supporting the client to attend and participate in golf-related activities.
What We Need
You must be:
Experienced in personal training, Muay Thai, boxing or fitness coaching
Reliable and available for set weekly hours
Calm, patient and qualified
Highly observant, with strong attention to detail
Willing to learn the client's medical conditions and support needs
Able to follow detailed instructions and routines
Comfortable working one-on-one




Comfortable working in a private home and in the community
Able to work with a large multidisciplinary team
Clear and accurate with written notes
A non-smoker due to medical sensitivities within the home
Previous disability-support experience is not necessary.
Full role-specific training will be provided to the right person.
Essential Requirements
You must hold, or be willing and eligible to obtain:
Relevant fitness, personal-training or coaching qualifications
Current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Blue Card or Working with Children Check, where required
Current Australian driver's licence
Reliable and suitable transport
Australian working rights
Working Environment
The role is based mainly in a private home gym in Parkwood, with regular community outings.
Strict fragrance, allergen, hygiene and environmental requirements apply due to medical sensitivities.
