Are you looking for more than just a reception role?
Masters Psychology is an award-winning psychology practice seeking an exceptional Client Care professional who is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming and supportive experience for our clients while contributing to a high-performing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Care Team, working a minimum offour days per weekacross ourComo and Wangara clinics.
You will work closely with our Clinic Coordinators and Practice Leaders, with opportunities to contribute to leadership initiatives, operational improvements and the continued growth of the practice.

About the role
As a Client Care Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinics operate smoothly while supporting both clients and clinicians.
Working alongside our Clinic Coordinators, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client.
Support the day-to-day operations of our Como and Wangara clinics.
Assist with clinic administration, rostering and operational systems.
Manage appointments, clinician diaries and optimise calendar utilisation.




Respond to phone, email and client enquiries with professionalism and care.
Process payments, Medicare, NDIS and third-party funding claims.
Maintain a high standard of clinic presentation and organisation.
Support clinician onboarding and administrative systems.
Work collaboratively with our leadership team to implement strategic initiatives.
Assist in coordinating front-of-house operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in reception, administration or client care (health or allied health experience is highly regarded).
Takes initiative and enjoys contributing beyond their core responsibilities.
Is calm, skilled and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Has exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Communicates with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
