About the role
South 21 is seeking aFully Qualified Hairdresser or 3rd / 4th Year Apprenticeto join our energetic team in Adelaide.
This is afull-time positionbased in Adelaide SA ****, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a professional salon environment.
Whether you are a fully qualified stylist looking to advance your career or an apprentice in the final stages of your training, this role will allow you to showcase your talents and work with a forward-thinking salon that values creativity, professionalism and excellence in hair services.
What we're looking for
A current or nearly completed hairdressing qualification or apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or actively enrolled in Year 3 or 4 of an apprenticeship)
Demonstrated proficiency in a range of hairdressing techniques including cutting, colouring and smoothing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
A professional and reliable approach to work, with excellent time management skills
Knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to salon work
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
A passion for the hair industry and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous salon experience or demonstrated portfolio of work (preferred)
