MiFertility is a reputed unique Fertility Clinic in Perth dedicated to providing high quality, personalised fertility treatment to all patients using advanced gynaecological ultrasound to allow comprehensive assessment of all patients.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, warm and highly motivated RN/RM for our clinic in Ascot committed to grow and develop with the practice.
You will be working alongside a Fertility Specialist, providing assistance in the ultrasound room in addition to the Reception duties and coordinating fertility and IVF treatment with Fertility Nurses and wider Fertility Team to ensure smooth patient journey delivering exceptional patient experience focussing on compassion and care for our fertility patients.
Great opportunity to develop and enhance skills in fertility and IVF aspect of care, working alongside an experienced fertility specialist and reputed external IVF team.
This job does include patient coordination-reception duties as well, so ability to multi task and work efficiently are essential.

Job Description:
The casual position is for 3 days a week(Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Caring for all fertility patients in a compassionate manner
Monitor and communicate patient results and treatment outcomes in a compassionate way
Support Fertility Specialist in managing Fertility and IVF treatment cycles.
Coordiante care with external IVF Provider/GP practise




Schedule patient appointments and procedures
Assist patients with forms and necessary documentation
Billing and Medicare rebate processing
Coordinate patient care-liaise with patients, GP practices, Fertility Nurses and associated IVF unit and pathology labs.
Keep the consultation-ultrasound room well- organised and tidy
Stock check to ensure smooth functioning of fertility clinic
Helping with compliance to healthcare regulations.
Prepare the room and scan machines for appointments to help run the list as scheduled
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to multi task and work effectively as part of a team
Be flexible and available to cover shifts with short notice
Keyboard skills and knowledge of IT, current office software packages

Have a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable Requirements:
Previous healthcare experience
Understanding of medical terminology, specifically regarding Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Knowledge of medical billing system

The hourly wage depends on your skills and experience and ranges from 40 to 55$ per hour based on experience.
