About the role
Become a Duty Manager at The Hilton Hotel and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of this vibrant hotel.
As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a casual position based at our hotel in Hilton SA ****.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the work of front of house and other hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Respond to guest enquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Oversee the security and safety of the hotel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
What we're looking for




Several years' experience in a hotel management or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping and food & beverage
Must hold current RSA and RSG certificates.
Experience with TAB/Keno is preferred, however not essential.
