Loan Administrator / Customer Service Officer (Full Training Provided)
About the Role
Loan Barn is looking for a friendly, motivated and organised person to join our growing team as aLoan Processor.
No previous finance or loan processing experience?
No problem!
We're happy to provide comprehensive training to the right person.

As a Loan Processor, you'll play an important role in helping customers through the loan application process while supporting our lending team to deliver outstanding customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing personal and vehicle loan applications.
Collecting, reviewing and verifying customer documentation.
Communicating with customers by phone and email throughout the application process.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
Preparing loan documentation and disclosure documents.
Supporting the lending team to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to settlement.
Working collaboratively with the team to continually improve customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Enjoys helping people and building positive relationships.
Can prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy office environment.




Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
Demonstrates honesty, professionalism and integrity.
Works well independently and as part of a supportive team.
Experience in administration, customer service, banking, finance, insurance, hospitality or retail is highly regarded, howeverfull training will be providedto the right candidate.
What We Offer

We offer:
$60,000–$65,000 per annum + Super(depending on experience).
Full on-the-job training and ongoing mentoring.

Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will:
Successfully complete a National Police Check.
Be legally entitled to work in Australia.
