About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our Gold Coast team at Varsity Lakes.
This is a full-time position where you will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and expertise.
As a Call Centre Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
Respond to customer enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems
Meet or exceed call handling targets and quality standards
Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements consistently
Provide product or service information to customers based on client requirements
Escalate complex issues appropriately whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information securely
What we're looking for
Previous customer service or call centre experience is highly desirable, though we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with transferable customer-facing skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear speaking voice
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software applications
Patience, empathy and emotional resilience when dealing with diverse customer needs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information
Reliability and commitment to meeting performance targets and attendance expectations
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering quality customer experiences
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
