About the roleIn this leadership role, you'll work across a wide range of civil & small construction CAT equipment, including:
Skid steersMini excavators (CAT ***** and up)Compact loadersSmall construction & civil machinery
The job is a mix of 50% hands-on mechanical work and 50% computer-based tasks, including diagnostics, work orders, job planning and team coordination.You will make sure every machine is repaired, serviced and returned to customers at the highest standard.
Roster & Pay2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights rotating roster (Mon–Fri)Days: 05:30am–16:00pmNights: 15:00pm–1:30amOTE from $148k (rates pending skills and experience)
