House of Hubert is a busy, well-established breakfast and lunch café just a two-minute walk from the beach in Tugun.
We're looking for an experienced chef to take ownership of our breakfast line and become part of our small, supportive kitchen team.
The Role
This is a full-time position running our breakfast and short-order line through fast-paced morning and midday service.
An immediate start is available for someone who can confidently own their section from day one.
This role is best suited to an experienced chef who can hit the ground running and thrive in a busy café environment.
You'll take ownership of your section, including communicating any produce or ingredient requirements to ensure smooth service.
What We Offer
$65,000 to $78,000 + super, based on experience ( we'll pay well for the right person)

What We're Looking For
3+ years' hands-on experience in a rapid-paced breakfast, brunch or short-order kitchen
Confident running your section independently during busy services
Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality high
Pride in sending out consistently great plates, with the opportunity to contribute fresh menu ideas if you'd like to
High standards of cleanliness, attention to detail and a hands-on approach
A genuine love of good food and hospitality
A good fit for a small team
Available to work weekends
