Responsibilities include:
Lead, inspire and empower a team
of approximately 20 Disability Support Workers, creating a positive and high-performing culture where people feel supported, valued and motivated to do their best work. Through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership, you will build capability and confidence across the team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
Drive outstanding outcomes for the people we support
by fostering a culture of excellence, promoting best practice and ensuring every individual receives safe, meaningful and goal focused support. Your leadership will help create opportunities for people to live fulfilling lives, achieve their goals and thrive within their community.
Shape operational excellence and quality service delivery
by providing strong leadership across multiple Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. You will build trusted relationships with clients, families and stakeholders, strengthen practice standards, and ensure services consistently meet NDIS requirements, quality standards and organisational expectations.
Enjoy a varied and rewarding role
that blends leadership, administration and hands-on support. You'll oversee 2-3 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, provide guidance to your teams, and stay connected to the people we support through rostered direct support shifts.
We are currently seeking multiple Practice Leaders to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across the Hobart region.

Essential Skills:
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a service delivery environment
Strong understanding of person-centred active support, behaviour support and client planning
Experience in supervising staff, managing performance and building team capability
Sound knowledge of NDIS requirements, funding principles and regulatory obligations
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to balance operational, administrative and frontline responsibilities
Certificate IV in Disability or relevant qualification in a similar field or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid, CPR and medication administration
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Drivers Licence in the State or Territory of employment
