About the Opportunities
Recruitment Consultant (EOC Group / EOC Professionals)
You'll play a key role in connecting great candidates with great employers while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities may include:
End-to-end recruitment activities
Candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement
Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
Building and maintaining client relationships
Talent pooling and candidate engagement
Business development and account growth




Delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes
Account Manager - Labour Hire & Workforce Solutions (EOC Group / Gundilya)
You'll manage workforce partnerships and support clients with their labour hire and workforce solution requirements.
Responsibilities may include:
Client account management
Workforce planning and mobilisation
Site visits and stakeholder engagement
Labour hire coordination
Building long-term client relationships
Identifying growth opportunities
Supporting workforce compliance and performance
GTO Field Officer (Gundilya)
You'll support apprentices, trainees and host employers throughout their employment journey to help deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities may include:
Conducting workplace visits
Supporting apprentice and trainee wellbeing
Building relationships with host employers
Monitoring progress and performance
Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
Liaising with training providers and stakeholders
Supporting retention and successful completions
About You
