You will own the global CRM, loyalty and growth strategy across markets, driving omni‐channel campaigns to boost loyalty and CLTV while reporting to the Chief of Digital.
You will lead a small team, manage paid channels, and work with content to execute a calendar across email and SMS, leveraging Klaviyo and Shopify integration for data-driven campaigns.
