per 38 hour week, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to

position based at our Millmerran Depot.
Work a 9 day fortnight with a Rostered Day Off.
About the position
In the Plant Operator position, you
will be required to ensure that staff, members of the public, and
other stakeholders remain protected while achieving the efficient
delivery of desired levels of service for park infrastructure
within the Toowoomba region. Primarily, you will be responsible for
the operation of plant and equipment in a parks environment, as
well as providing hands on supervision of a small team as required
from time to time.
You will work under limited
supervision.

What you'll bring
Possession of a minimum of
Certificate III in Horticulture together with
demonstrated horticultural experience
is




highly desirable; or equivalent qualification and / or
experience relevant to allow the incumbent to perform all
duties of the position.
Current
'MR' Class
Drivers Licence
is essential.
WHS Competency (
White
Card
) for CPCWHS**** Prepare to work safely in the
construction industry, or equivalent, or a willingness to
obtain prior to commencement.
Possession of an ACDC
(Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control) Spraying
certificate is highly desirable.
Possession of a Traffic
Management Implementation Level II certificate is highly
desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Leadership skills and accountability.
