The Role
You'll play an key role across every stage of the sales process while building relationships, creating opportunities and supporting successful property campaigns.
Your day could include:
Prospecting and connecting with local homeowners
Building and nurturing your client database
Identifying appraisal and listing opportunities
Supporting agents with property listings and marketing campaigns
Preparing authorities, contracts and sales documentation
Coordinating photography, floorplans, styling and online advertising
Managing buyer and vendor communication throughout the sales process
Assisting with open homes, inspections and auctions
Maintaining accurate records within REX CRM
Delivering exceptional customer service from listing through to settlement
This is a proactive, hands-on role. You won't be waiting for opportunities, you'll be learning how to create them while building the habits and skills that form the foundation of a successful real estate career.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Comfortable working towards goals and KPIs
Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Passionate about property and helping people achieve great outcomes
Committed to building a long-term career in real estate
Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential. More important is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
A Victorian Agent's Representative qualification (or willingness to obtain one), a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
