About the
role
We are
currently seeking an Administration professional to join our
Balaklava office. This is a permanent, full-time position working
Monday to Friday.
The
Administrator will be a driving force behind the day-to-day
administrative function within our operations department on the
Central region. We are looking for a detail-oriented and
organised individual who can prioritise competing demands and
communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the
organisation.
With the
support and guidance of the Senior Administrator, this is a pivotal
role that will be responsible for the scheduling and roll out of
the Central Region Annual Training Plan, alongside harvest casual
training and monitoring of sites training progress for both. We are
looking for someone with strong accuracy, compliance to processes
and is efficient in meeting deadlines.
Whilst
there are some routine core functions to the role, the successful
applicant will enjoy working in an environment where they will
respond to changing priorities based on business needs. We are
looking for a person who can work in a team workplace and strive
towards deadlines and team goals.
Duties include
but are not limited to
Provide
administrative support across Central Region sites, including
reception, archiving, key register management and customer
service.
Manage purchase
orders, invoices, procurement activities and reporting
requirements.
Maintain commodity
stock control, including ordering, reconciliation and
reporting.
Coordinate the
Annual Training Plan (ATP), including scheduling training
through VETtrak.
Liaise with external
training providers, ensuring compliance,



preferred supplier use
and schedule confirmation.
Maintain accurate
training records, manage rescheduling and issue progress
reports and reminders.
Communicate training
schedules to managers, trainers and employees.
Support regional
teams and uphold safety, food safety and quality
standards.
About
you
A
positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability
and team collaboration
Highly competent in
the use of Microsoft Office suite (advanced in Excel and Word,
preferred not essential)
Computer literate
and the ability to learn new internal systems
Have
a knack in cultivating professional lasting relationships with
internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional
customer service
Critical thinker
with attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving
abilities
Well-developed
written and verbal communication skills
Experience in
working in a fast-paced workplace with excellent time
management capabilities
