About the Role
As the successful candidate, your duties as an
Early Childhood Educator
will include but not be limited to:
commitment to on-going implementation of the National Quality agenda,



framework and standards
creating a welcoming workplace where all children and families are respected & represented
collaborating with educators about curriculum decisions in order to ensure meaningful learning experiences
recognising how diversity contributes to the richness of our society (incl. promoting a greater understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing and being)
promoting children's learning through worthwhile and challenging experiences/interactions that foster high level thinking skills.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Current Diploma in Children's Services (
or studying towards Diploma
)
Previous childcare industry experience
essential
Full Australian work rights or permanent residency
essential
NSW Working with Children's Check and current Police check
Current First Aid qualification
Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
