About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while mentoring and supporting our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care
Medication administration and clinical assessments
Developing and reviewing resident care plans
Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and families
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation




Promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life
Contributing to continuous quality improvement and accreditation standards
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
✔ Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
✔ Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
✔ Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
✔ Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ A genuine passion for caring for older Australians
