Recruit Right WA is seeking a proactive and hands-on
Project Manager / Contracts Manager
to join a well-established, growing fencing business based in
Maddington
. This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving projects from start to finish, and becoming a key member of a close-knit team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the business owners, you will be responsible for managing projects from commencement through to completion while ensuring all contract administration functions are completed accurately and on time.
This is a diverse role that requires someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of project delivery and is happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects from commencement through to successful completion.
Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including documentation, variations, scheduling and project reporting.
Ensure projects remain commercially viable and are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions before they become problems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers,



subcontractors and stakeholders.
Work closely with management to continually improve project delivery and operational efficiencies.
Provide leadership throughout each project while maintaining exceptional customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Proven experience in Project Management, preferably within construction, fencing, civil or a related industry.
Strong Contract Administration experience.
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider business where required.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver results.
