The Heart of Your Role
Develop client specific nursing care plans and provide clinical nursing oversight to our complex care clients and their teams
Administer and manage clinical procedures e.g. tracheostomy/catheter/PEG management
Plan, manage and deliver clinical training and assess staff competency
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate consistency in care services
Compile letters of support, NDIS plan reviews, and supporting documentation
Supervise work and assure quality within care teams
Provide personal care and assist with daily routines
Monitor and review changes in client health, problem solve and treat accordingly
Be included in the clinical on call roster to support the wider community-based team
Desired Skills And Experience
Tracheostomy and ventilation management
Enteral feeding and dysphagia management
Seizure management
Oral and nasal Suctioning
Catheter and bowel care
Mandatory Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration
Complex care Adult and/or Paediatric experience
Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse




NDIS Worker Screening check
Working with Children Check
CPR certificate
A valid driver's licence
Right to work in Australia

The Essentials: Current AHPRA registration, an NDIS Worker Screening, and a Working with Children check.
On the Move: A valid driver's licence, current CPR certificate, and the right to work in Australia.
