About the role
SW Services is a
growing Adelaide company specialising in services installation
, including
water, sewer, stormwater, GPS wet hire plant and earthworks.
We deliver high-quality infrastructure projects across the region and are looking for a skilled GPS excavator operator to join our team.
✅ Responsibilities:
Operate GPS-equipped excavators for civil and service installation projects
Complete detailed trenching and final trim work
Work with all the latest
next-generation Caterpillar equipment
fitted with Trimble Earthworks GPS systems
Read and interpret construction drawings and digital models
Maintain safe and efficient site practices
Demonstrates excellent machine care including routine greasing, clean cab practices, and maintaining equipment free from damage
Willingness to travel to work sites all across Adelaide region
✔️ Requirements:
Strong experience operating GPS excavators on land subdivisions and other major projects.
Competent using Trimble Earthworks systems
Relevant operator tickets/licences
White Card
Reliability, safety-focused, motivated and team oriented
Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Current Australian drivers license
Two contactable references required

$42–$47 per hour plus penalties
