Founded in ****, Lincom is a family-owned business operating across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our South Australia branch.
This is a casual position offering full-time hours, with the potential to transition to a permanent role after 6 months for the right candidate.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• Booking freight and coordinating logistics
• Receiving and receipting deliveries
• Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies
• Processing customer orders
• Conducting monthly and annual stocktakes
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
• Providing a high level of customer service
What We're Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing (preferred)
• Current driver's licence and forklift licence (high reach experience advantageous)
• Good computer skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Ability to take ownership and follow processes
