About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, support day-to-day store operations, and help create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately
Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues where possible
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service targets




Skills & Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment
Basic cash handling and numeracy skills
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
