The role
We're looking for a Lawyer to join our market‐leading public markets practice in Sydney, working for clients in equity capital markets (IPOs, secondary raisings, ASX compliance) and public M&A; transactions.
Our Corporate team was recently ranked
1st in Australia for **** – Equity & Equity‐related Capital Markets (issuer clients by deal count)
and
equal 2nd in the Mergermarket Australian M&A; league tables for deal count in Q******
, reflecting the strength and momentum of our public markets practice.
We're looking for someone:
3-4 years' PQE in a leading private practice environment;
who has strong Australian public markets and ASX experience;
with a genuine passion for public markets law and practice;
who wants a fantastic team culture;
who wants to work directly with a senior practitioner;
who wants to accelerate their career by working in a leading, growing, national ECM and M&A; team; and
with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind‐set.
