JOB TITLE: TRAVEL- PT- REHAB
JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation role to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient progress and communicate findings to referring physicians.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures.
Schedule / Shift
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state Physical Therapist license.
Experience
Previous experience in rehabilitation therapy.
Skills
Robust clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
