The Salvation Army in Bundaberg is seeking 2 Youth Outreach Case Managers for a part time 0.8 FTE role within our Youth Services team.
You will provide intensive outreach support to young people and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, helping them set goals and access housing, education, employment, health services, and community connections.
Essential requirements include a Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work or equivalent, at least two years' case management
