Position Overview
As a Workshop Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical leadership in service, warranty, and assembly processes, guiding team members to uphold high standards of workmanship.
Welcoming clients and assisting with the day to day operations of the business as required.
Monitoring production progress meticulously, ensuring workflow remains efficient and aligned with deadlines.
Engaging directly in assembly, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, demonstrating technical proficiency and attention to detail.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain production schedules and customer satisfaction.
Managing administrative functions such as processing orders, maintaining schedules, and tracking inventory to support seamless operations.
Conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Staying informed on industry regulations,



technological advancements, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness continually.
