Casual Chef De Partie, with the potential for full time for the right candidate

Hours:
25+ per week including evenings & weekends

As a Chef De Partie , you'll be hands-on in all areas of the kitchen – from prep to plating – working closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning beers. This is the perfect role for a chef who wants to learn, level up, and be part of a fast-growing brewpub.

What You'll Do
Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service
Maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
Learn and master each section of the kitchen
Support with events, specials, and high-volume service
Bring energy, passion, and teamwork to every shift
We're Looking for a Chef De Partie Who Is:
Versatile across fryers, pans, and grills (bonus if you've got wood-fire experience)
Thrives in a quick-paced, creative environment with a passion for quality
Excited by rotating specials, bold flavours, and menu contribution
A team player who fits into Phat's inclusive, playful, and community-driven culture
Has a minimum of 2+ years commercial kitchen experience
Holds a current Food Handler's Certificate
Have unrestricted weekend availability especially during peak holiday periods
Own reliable transport
