What You'll Be Doing
Personal support
— assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
High‐level personal care
, including mobility assistance and falls‐risk awareness
Community access
— supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
Domestic assistance
— cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
Companionship
— offering emotional reassurance, conversation, and meaningful social connection
Mental‐health‐informed support
— understanding behavioural cues and providing calm, reassuring interaction
Care plan documentation
— following individualised plans and accurately recording services
Team collaboration




— working closely with our coordinators and clinical team to ensure safe, high‐quality support
About You
You're someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people's lives. You bring:

in clients' homes and in the community
Flexibility
to adapt to changing client needs
Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‐related studies
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
