About the Role
We are on the lookout for an energetic, organised, and physically fit
Warehouse Coordinator
to join our team at our Guildford facility on a stable, full-time Monday to Friday roster (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
Working closely with our Warehouse Manager, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our day-to-day warehouse operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, take on key floor responsibilities, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities




Daily Operations & Hands-On Logistics:
Unload incoming shipping containers and delivery trucks, pick stock accurately, and prepare outbound orders.
Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
Assist with planning inbound stock consolidation and coordinate the safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, and loading of outbound inventory.
Safety & Housekeeping:
Perform risk assessments alongside management, implement WHS procedures, and maintain clean, safe, and tidy warehouse work areas at all times.
What We Are Looking For
Licences & Transport:
Valid
Forklift License
with solid counterbalance experience, plus a C-Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Physical Capability:
Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling and container unloading.
Experience:
Proven track record in warehouse operations, container unloading, picking/packing, and stock handling.
Leadership & WHS:
Sound knowledge of WHS practices and demonstrated supervisory skills to help guide the team.
Tech Skills:
Basic computer literacy for inventory and daily tracking tasks.
