With a strong pipeline of upcoming work across Perth and surrounding areas, we're looking to partner with experienced
Site Managers (
either for permanent roles or if you are
operating under their own ABN) to support delivery across a range of commercial fitout projects. Most projects run between 2–8 weeks on average, offering consistent opportunities across a variety of projects.
About the Role:
As a Site Manager supporting Unita projects, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery - coordinating trades, managing sequencing and logistics, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects moving to programme.
Working closely with our teams, you'll identify issues early, maintain quality workmanship and ensure sites are run professionally from start to finish.

Trades are aligned on sequencing, standards and expectations
Work progresses to programme with minimal disruption or rework
Safety is prioritised and consistently upheld across the site
Buildability or coordination issues are identified early and resolved quickly
Materials, deliveries and site logistics are planned effectively to keep work flowing
Workmanship and finishes are second to none, delivered exactly to plan
Site progress,



risks and issues are reported clearly and escalated early
Clients and consultants experience a professional, well-run site

What You'll Need
ABN (If your preferred engagement is contractor)
Previous experience delivering commercial fitout projects
Strong subcontractor coordination and site management capability
Ability to manage sequencing, logistics and programme outcomes
Strong focus on quality, safety and client experience
White Card (mandatory)
Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
First Aid & CPR certification preferred
