What is the opportunity?




We are currently looking for an experienced Boiler Operator to join our Maintenance team at our Bakers Creek facility, located in the Mackay Region. As a leader of producing and exporting of quality products beef and beef co-products we specialise in high standard products.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
* Be the holder of a License to operate a standard boiler- MSMBLIC001 or equivalent ticket
* Coal fired boiler experience
* Self-motivated and ability to follow procedures.
* Possess sound computer skills
* Be mechanically minded
* Be experience in an industrial maintenance workplace
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the duties will include, but won't be limited to:
* Boiler Operation
* Monitor and testing of Boiler water quality.
* Energy and EPA monitoring
* Refrigeration monitoring
*Understand manual handling related to the role
* Willing to shift work
* Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
* Comply with quality requirements
