About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines customer service, sales support, stock handling, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store.
Receive, check, and process incoming stock.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch or collection.
Load and unload deliveries safely.
Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktakes.
Keep the warehouse, storeroom, and shop areas clean, protected, and organised.
Support general retail and warehouse operations as required.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
About You
Previous experience in retail, warehouse, stores, or logistics preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to work well in a team and independently.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
Basic computer skills.
Forklift licence or warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential.
