About the Role
This is a full-time position where you will:
Support and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the
EYLF
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning space
Skills & Requirements
Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – or actively studying toward qualification
Experience in programming (preferred but not essential)
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
Completed Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
Genuine passion for developing and supporting young learners
Cultural awareness and respect for diversity
