The Role
We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic tech team in our
Graduate Program
.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and develop the skills to help drive operational success across our fast-growing organisation.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with our CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver business projects from design to completion
Support and guide process improvements within swipejobs operational and investment activities
Lead and participate in workshops to drive product innovation and continuous improvement
Analyse and deliver insights from data across our software and operations
Review and report on a variety of financial and operational documentation
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Science, Management, or related field
Strong analytical skills,



with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
Knowledge of reviewing financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
Understanding of risk management, dependencies, and scope changes
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
