Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows,custom actions, and business process flows.
Create and customize forms, entities, views,dashboards, and security roles.
Build integrations with external systems using RESTAPIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and .NET technologies.
Develop Power Automate flows and Power Appssolutions.
Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus,and API Management for integrations.
Participate in requirements gathering, solutiondesign, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues andperformance bottlenecks.




Collaborate with business analysts, solutionarchitects, and stakeholders.
Follow best practices for CRM development, security,and deployment.
