Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality skilled to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and events operations.
You will support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and uphold Hyatt's premium service standards.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Supervise and support Food & Beverage team members to deliver outstanding service
Oversee daily restaurant and event operations
Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
Assist with staff rostering and scheduling
Train and onboard new employees in line with Hyatt standards
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OHS requirements




Support the implementation of Hyatt brand standards and service excellence
About You:
2 years minimum of experience as a Supervisor in a fast-paced 5 star hotel restaurant environment
Minimum 2 years of section waiter experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Valid Victorian RSA certificate
Excellent communication, problem-solving ability and can do mindset
Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
