The Chance
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and adaptable
Administration and Project Support Officer
to provide high-level support to the Senior Director, People and Culture.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations, while also contributing to key People & Culture initiatives and projects. You will be a trusted point of contact, managing competing priorities, supporting critical deliverables, and enabling effective engagement across the organisation.

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience delivering
high-quality administrative and project support
to senior leaders, teams or programs—ideally within a People & Culture or workforce-focused environment
Strong knowledge of
administrative practices, records management and reporting processes
, with an understanding of government policies and operating environments
Proven ability to
manage competing priorities
in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to
use initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively schedule and coordinate activities
Sound judgement and the confidence to
exercise delegated authority
, particularly where policies or precedents are not clearly defined
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
build effective working relationships
and provide a responsive, professional service
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
