The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by building robust relationships with landlords and investors, identifying new opportunities, and converting leads into long-term managements.
You will have the backing of an established brand, strong industry reputation, and a supportive team environment, while still having the freedom and autonomy to implement your own business development strategies and manage your day your way.
Key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and securing new property management opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords,



investors, and key stakeholders
Managing the process from initial enquiry through to successful handover with the Property Management team
Networking and proactively generating new business opportunities
Providing a high level of service and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team
