Rewarding Prospect: Direct Care Worker (Residential) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker (Residential) to provide essential support and direct client care to residents within our Residential Care Home at the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.
Reporting to the NUM/ANUM, you will work collaboratively with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the wellbeing and comfort of residents.

What We're Looking For: WHA4 Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
