Nomni is seeking a Solutions Consultant to deliver seamless onboarding of our POS and online ordering systems for restaurant clients across Sydney, Melbourne, and beyond. You will install hardware, configure software, and ensure a smooth go-live experience for merchants.
You will work hands-on with restaurant operators, troubleshoot issues in office and remotely, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve onboarding. Mandarin-speaking support is a key component of the role.
