THE ROLE
This Team Leader Agency Performance and System Support (APSS) sits within the Agency Performance and System Support (APSS) team in Bayside Peninsula Area, South Division.
This team has responsibility for monitoring performance and building relationships with funded organisations at a local level and implementing place-based initiatives that strengthen resilience, build wellness, and work to connect and empower communities.
This position has responsibility for the supervision of staff within the team and is accountable for the team's implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework, including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data.
The team is responsible for the development of recent projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and supporting existing initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Lead a defined team in providing or contributing to authoritative and expert advice and recommendations with a specific program or area-based focus, consistent with organisational goals and




* Resolve complex operational problems relating to community service organisations and Service Agreement issues being experienced by team
* In collaboration with the relevant manager, manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and
