For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a full-time Gardener/Maintenance Officer to join our brand current South Bunbury residence, scheduled to open in November ****.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and shaping service delivery from the ground up, while contributing to the future of For Purpose Aged Care during a period of significant change and innovation within the aged care sector.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer/Gardener to assist in maintaining the building and grounds of this brand new, state of the art building to a high standard, having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of residents and advising on replacement or repairs as required.
You will also have close support from the Maintenance Manager WA and GM Property Services.
Skills and Requirements for this Role: To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience in gardening, landscaping and building maintenance Knowledge of Aged Care industry is desirable Thorough understanding of all legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs i.e. OH
