Internal Sales Specialist

We're looking for a driven professional who thrives on building strong relationships with industrial customers and delivering outstanding service. You will combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and create real value for customers while contributing to business growth.

Experience in the welding or gas industry is a definite plus, but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and bring solutions to life.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experienceProvide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of this functionFurther you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departmentsIdentify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processesYou will also contribute to the overall branch performanceAdditionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAPComply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

What Makes You Great

You have experience in a retail sales environment is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills are necessaryMoreover you have a strong focus on customer serviceSAP skills are desirable but not requiredWelding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
