Perth Glazing Branch
based in Kewdale, is looking for a
motivated, friendly, and customer‐focused Customer Service Administrator
to join our team. If you love helping people and want to work in a supportive, positive workplace, this is the perfect opportunity.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, offering 24 hours per week with flexible shift arrangements, providing greater flexibility and balance for the successful candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver warm, professional, first‐class customer service
Keep customers updated on delivery timeframes and job progress
Create job authorities, quotes and invoices using our internal systems
Follow up on quotes, leads and return customer calls promptly
Follow up subcontractors and suppliers for invoices and where necessary
Contribute to a positive team environment and help drive great customer outcomes
About You
You're someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You've likely worked in
retail, administration, or customer service
,



and you're comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
You'll bring:
A genuine passion for customer service excellence
Confident, engaging communication skills
Strong organisation and time‐management abilities
Reliability, accountability and a positive team attitude
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
