The Opportunity
Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to give you a productive start to your career as an Audiologist. You'll have the guidance, and resources to successfully complete your clinical internship and gain the Accredited Audiologist status.
With a dedicated in-store supervisor by your side, you'll receive tailored support to develop your clinical and skilled confidence. To complement your in-store experience, our program offers a combination of professional events, courses, and experiences specifically designed to help you thrive in the industry.
This is a full-time position working a
9-day fortnight,
with standard hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. Enjoy the benefit of an additional day off each fortnight, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
As this is a regional opportunity,
preference will be given to those based in Tasmania or have a genuine connection to the local area and are committed to living and working in the region.

What We're Looking For
Be either in your final year of Masters study or a recent graduate, at an Audiology Australia Accredited University.
Have full-time working rights within Australia at the commencement of the program.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development.
